Gift Card Policy
Exclusive Issuance: We offer gift card issuance only; We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only
Validity: Gift cards are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Expired gift cards cannot be used, and their value will not be reimbursed or credited.
Usage: Gift cards can be applied at checkout on our website, ensuring a smooth and delightful shopping experience.
Gift Card Orders: Products purchased using a gift card are non-returnable.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, ensuring that our premium standards are maintained. To qualify for a return, please adhere to the following requirements:
Condition of the Product: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Packaging: Include the original invoice and packaging materials.
Quality Standards: The product must be free from scratches or deformities.
Additional Guidelines:
Incorrect Product or Empty Box: Share a video starting from the tamper-proof bag’s opening to the full package unboxing. This ensures swift resolution.
Sizing Issues: A photo showing the sizing concern is mandatory.
Quality Check: All returned items undergo a thorough quality check. Returns failing to meet our criteria will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. No reimbursements will be provided in such cases.
Replacement and Substitution: Replacement: Only possible for incorrect or damaged items upon submission of an unboxing video.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ORDER
To ensure our cherished customers have a hassle-free return experience, we’ve outlined the steps and guidelines below for returning products purchased from our website:
- When you’re certain you want to return a product,

- Please take note that all return requests must be made within 3 days after the product’s delivery and that all of the aforementioned obligatory return parameters must be met.
- Our Customer Care team will respond to your return request within 24 hours. The delivered item will be picked up in reverse by us. We charge a fee of ₹80 for Return and reverse logistics.
How to use Sachi Gift Card
- Sachi By Ki gift card can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the code received on your email ID.
- The code will applied and the amount will deducted from the payable amount.
- The validity of the gift card is 10 days.
